Australian students taking a history exam about revolutions got a surprise when their paper included a picture of Russian revolutionaries storming the Winter Palace in 1917... aided by a large combat robot ( a Marauder from Battletech, which we know isn't really a robot.) The embarrassed exam board had meant to include Kochergin's 'Storming the Winter Palace on 25th October 1917', but somehow ended up with a version that had been photoshopped to show the huge mech in the background joining in. You can see both on The Age's website, and a statement promising that all answers would be monitored so no one suffered as a result.
