DNA Study to Identify Royal Bones

Winchester Cathedral in England contains the remains of multiple old English kings, including Cnut. However, during the English Civil War the site was disturbed by looters and the bones scattered, then collected and put back into mortuary chests as best people could. The result is a muddle, but a team from Bristol University will be making a DNA analysis of the bones, and each person's remains will be sorted out.
